Lucie has more than 10 years experience in Transactions in both financial and legal role. Lucie graduated from University of Economics in Prague and Faculty of Law at the Charles University in Prague.

She started her professional career in Corporate Finance team in KPMG, where she was primarily focused on M&A and valuations, but she was also include in Due diligence, Restructuring and IPO projects. In 2013 she joined newly established legal team to help launching the new service line dealing with issuance of securities for banks and large corporate clients. After Lucie spent 3 years in Transaction team in PwC New Zealand where she specialised in Sales and Purchase Agreements advisory and Financial Modelling.
